Easy Sazerac Classic Drink Contains Alcohol Cold Drink

1/4 tsp. Pernod, Herbsint, or other
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Water
- Peychaud's bitters
2 oz. bourbon, rye, or blended whiskey
1 Lemon Peel

Glass type: Cocktail

Directions: Pour Pernod into glass and swirl around util inside is coated. Add the sugar, water, and peychaud's bitters and muddle until the sugar is dissolved. Add bourbon, rye, or blended whiskey with ice cubes and stir well. Twist the lemon peel over drink and drop in.
