Pisco Sour (Peruvian Style)

Qty. Ingredients 2 oz. Pisco 1 oz. Lemon Juice 1 Egg White 1 tsp. Simple Syrup 2 or 3 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional) - Ground Cinammon (optional)

Glass type: Whiskey Sour

Directions: Shake all but bitters and cinammon with ice and pour into a sour glass. Use egg whites if there is no problem with eggs in your area. Add bitters/cinammon as desired.
