Orange Scented Hot Chocholate Non-Alcoholic

2 cups Milk
4 oz. Chocholate (semi-sweet or bittersweet)
3 Orange Peels, 2 inch strips (orange part only)
1/2 tsp. Coffee (Instant Powder)
1/8 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Glass type: Coffee Mug

Directions: Combine all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocholate melts. Increase heat and bring to a boil, stiring often. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy. Return to heat and bring to boil again. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy. Repeat heating and whisking one more time. Discard orange peel. Pour into coffee mugs.
